Subject: RE: Team Hoss' Thread.....I need to bike 78 minutes and swim 73 minutes to make my goals...but running I need to run 170 minutes. I did an extra run tonight and knocked off 43 minutes to get down to 170. I'm going to try very hard to add more runs...but it will mean a big increase in running time this week compared to my normal. Ahhh...but I do see what I tend to blow off the most...running which I'm the worst at. I had changed my flat tire, was dressed to go biking today...headed down to the boat to go to the mainland to ride when it started to rain. Went to plan B and did some fun things with the kids and ran tonight before dinner. It was 65 outside and perfect to run. Found there are two bike trails that are less than 1 mile from where we park our car...one is 13 miles the others is 107 miles...great places to ride and very flat compared to MA. Guys I need to be seriously motivated to make my run goal for the month...please help keep me on the track. Keep up the good workouts everyone!!! |
