Subject: RE: 15lbs in 15 weeksI weighed in this week. 168.4 - down 1 lb from last week....FINALLY going in the right direction! However, I'm still up 1.7 from starting this challenge. I think my weigh in would have been better, but I did some heavy-duty weight-lifting yesterday, and am SUPER sore this morning (which usually means you're carrying around extra water for muscle repair ). Just gonna keep this up. I really feel good about last week, and if I can continue with this pattern, then I'm pretty sure I can meet my 15 in 15 still :-D |
