No-it's an alapca ranch.  See the previous page.  I'm soo excited I may hit the ranch by myself- forget waiting for others to come!  Augusta may be small but we do have an alapaca ranch! 

Here's my idea of a perfect date. 

A guy picks me up (or wait- even better, we ride our bikes) to go to the alapaca ranch. After the ranch we have burrito for lunch.

Are you serious? There is an alpaca ranch in Augusta? Have you called them, maybe they'll let us ride them or play with them!

We could go when I come in March.

I called them and got the answering machine and hung up.  A few seconds later an nice older guy called me back.  He says that we can pretty come check out the alpacas whenever.  They don't have hours or anything and said I could just call before I want to show up.  How cool is that?  I mean if I ever get bored I just hangout at the alpaca ranch!  What a life!  

Also, I asked if I'd be able to pet them, and he said he had a few that could be pet but most of the older ones and pregnant females aren't for petting.    Apparently these critters aren't ones to frolick around with, so I doubt we could ride them.  I didn't ask if I could bring a burrito to feed them- I'm assuming that's not within their diet.

It does seem to have a stroboscopic effect huh

interesting.  i've never been allowed to pet most of the pregnant females that i know either.

Am I the only one who finds this conversation absolutely hilarious? 

Must be a southern thing.

If you know Janelle, well no not really.

I think 2006 is gong to be agreat year- it'll be full of alpaccas for me.  Perhaps alpacas will take the place of the burrito??  We shall see.  Anyways, I'm so pumped about this alpaca ranch!  I don't know if I can wait until March- sorry Comet!
