Subject: RE: IMCDA Are you ready?Glad to know that it's normal for training plans to sometimes go unaccording to plan as I've just taken 5 days out of the last 6 off due to a vacation and feeling pretty guilty about it (especially the alcohol consumed! ), but, my schedule is clear now for all the way up to raceday and I'm raring to crank my training up a notch!
On the bright side my shins are feeling much better thanks to the rest as they were threatning to cause me real problems which isn't ideal as I'm running Boston next month!
