MotoQueen 13195 | Subject: RE: Ghoulies- World Dominion Tour. The 2-Day was a lot of fun and work again this year. Always happy to do it. Always relieved when it is over. We had over 800 walkers and I believe that we got through both days without any major mishaps, meaning 911 did not have to be called. |

Putzed around the house, cleaned a bit, put some Halloween decorations up, helped the kiddos study for quizzes they have today. It was a nice quiet evening. |

Just a lazy evening watching tv after a day of chores. Tonight is DOCK night. It is going to be a chilly one, and possible rain so probably it will be on the porch. Keri wanted her bike hooked up to a trainer, so I did that last night, I am going to change the skewer in it though, the current setup makes me nervous. She did 30 minutes on the trainer last night while I did a light 30 minutes on the treadmill. |

Will hop on for some more tonight. Or that is the plan. I am also meeting someone to run with tonight. She runs while her daughter is in dance class. I'm going to try and run with her one or two times a week. |

I am hearing that he is not being nice to them at all. Being very demanding and mean, so I need to go and see if there is anything that I can do. My step mom called me about it on Sunday night, (she was wife number 2 out of 3) and she is very concerned about my sisters welfare. It is unfortunate, but my dad has turned into a mean old man. |

I have joined a walking challenge at work which starts next Monday and runs for 5 weeks. You need to get in 150+ minutes of activity during each week. I can do that! I also found out a weight watchers group meets every Monday at 12:30 two buildings away. I am considering joining that since it would not eat into my evening or weekend schedules. Plus, it will give me a nice little walk every Monday at lunchtime. Woot! |

I am wfh today as there is no way I would have been able to drag my tired butt into the office. We are still having issues but I have some guys who are more knowledgeable helping me now.
