Got a 2 minute one in today with some arm pick ups. I figure I will be retired before I can do that routine |

Do I have to up the repetitions to go past two minutes? 2 minutes is a long plank. Just keep doing those for a couple weeks then go for 2:15. Do that for a few weeks then go for 2:30. More reps will help too but patience is the main thing. |

The plank can hurt as hell after just 30 seconds some days, but if you keep at it I often manage to do well upto 1:30. After managing a lousy 10 pushups, I have also started a pushup-every-second-day project now :-) |
