On a side note, can anyone tell me how to post pics on my LOGS?  No luck so far!?!?

What I usually do is use google images to find a pic that I want - keep it small, say less than 35K or so, so that it will load fairly quickly- and select it, then copy it. Then paste it into my log.

Sometimes this doesn't work all that well. Then, I go to the picture and right click and Select Properties. Copy the address (URL). Go back to your log and click on the little icon with the picture of a tree in it. That will pop up a window and you paste the URL you just copied into that top line where it says Image URL. then click Insert. You should get the picture. You can also resize the pics if they are too big. If you try to make little ones bigger, that usually doesn't work, they get all pixellated.

For your own pictures, you need to upload them to Webshots or some other online photo site. Then you can do pretty much the same as above with the URL address. I use webshots and have figured out how to get different sizes from there.

Hope that helps!

Peak season is starting up.  I'm heading up to Door County, WI to volunteer for an Ultra 50 miler and will get to see a lot of that beauty all along the drive.  That's probably why I love living in Wisconsin - Autumn!

Sorry for not being here alot teamies, but to answer some questions.

The weekly goals on the spreadsheet are just to show where you are in relation to where you are not.  The bottom line is the end and I don not want to show my bottom end.

If you post in your logs I will get your miles or times.  If per chance I error please let me know.

In case you have never met me before please know that I have a tendency to tease and be a smartazz, but please don't take it personal.

I think I figured mine to be 12 miles, I know it is not much but if I wasn't in this challenge I would probably not even do that. It will probably be more in the end but I don't want to reinjure my injury so I will keep it at that.

i hope you didnt htink i was cutting you down for your milage i was just correcting your math. i understand the recovery thing and wouldnt want you reinjuring yourself.

I have had a foggy brain lately, that is why I put as my blog heading I need to clean out the cobwebs! I always feel my best when I can run.  I can stand being corrected. Thank God you did, I am very competitive and If I could not fulfill my obligation due to my bad math that would have sucked! Thanks comet the dog you rock!

saling4 - 2007-10-03 7:00 PM Hopefully there will be an attachment at the end of this that you can download.

I don't plan on a weekly goal, because I coach youth sports and have been watching my knee.  I do my run at the spur of the moment.  I just go run and put in a minimal 5K.

I wouldn't let this team down!!!

I have that fall pic right in my back yard right now. I will post something good from my race this weekend for all you warm weather folks. It is supposed to be in the mid 80's here, but the leaves are already changing so you won't notice, except for the fat guy (ME) with heat stroke in the pics

 Welcome to the new girl!!!
