Artemis - 2008-06-15 9:08 PM Evening everyone! Hubby and I went to see the Incredible Hulk and the fire alarm went off in the middle of it. Took about 30 minutes before we got to go back in and they restarted the movie. Annoying.

So, how was the movie not counting the fire alarm.

Other than that, pretty good. I liked Iron Man more.

Cat, I read a little of your posts from last week. Going and visiting cousins this week, cousins that I have only seen once in the last 20 years, it was so good to see the family. amazing how even after all this time we could all pick up and just talk talk talk. I do miss being around family, but it seems that Frank and I have always lived far from family.

I understand that... I havent been near family much since i moved out of home 9 years ago... (I find it hard to believe Im old enough to have been out of home almost 10 years)

I am really looking forward to my brother hitting Sydney - it will be nice having him around, although goodness knows how much I will see him once he stops living with me! We havent lived in the same spot since i was in high school and we were under the same roof!!!

Family is just so good because they (for the most part) take you as you are... its just not hard work to spend time with (most of) them

Ok, other than prancing around like an idiot in a hula skirt this weekend, and playing with my Garmin, this was actually a TOTALLY uneventful weekend. Although Meredith informed me that she and Davis have made up a box of "Father's Day stuff" that's to be mailed to me shortly.

Hey, late packages just extend the holiday. I mailed off my daughters birthday box a month after her b-day even though I had everything here at the house. Just could not get my act together to get to the post office. She got the box last week.
