I disagree, I prefer them to end up there. But it is oh so much better if they start out on her.

Went back to core exercises first and eliplical, need to get treadmill running, out door running, spin, outside biking, and open water swimming, weights, volleyball.....and deep dish pizza is the wild card. |

Core is good, and Chris is right about pizza.. that needs to get added immediately and has little chance of injury. Start adding some weights as tolerated with the core work. On days you don't run/elliptical, spin or swim.
Volleyball doesn't count until it is outdoor bikini weather. |

One thing at a time is fine. It's all about the transitions. Tolerance though? People have different levels. |

Volleyball doesn't count until it is outdoor bikini weather. Pizza, I feel is the most dangerous activity. And is most likely what got me into this mess. |

It is killing me mentally I can't run as fast, I weigh more and I am ensuring I come back slow. running twice a week only and no more then 5km runs since my knee surgery. it takes some time to get back into things safely. I don't believe I will be doing any long distance stuff this year. Just a slow return and trying to maintain health and knock off this 20 lbs I put on. Bring on bike season. This cold arse 27 degree weather I woke up to with snowing this morning pissed me off. IT IS SPRING DAMN IT |
