Well now we have a brand new WHITE calendar on our logs.......what colours is everyone going to fill them in with this month?

I will NOT have any green squares this month. Maybe I will paint it all peachy ........ must remember to do yoga on the off days.

This will be my last few weeks of goofing around on my own....must start a real training plan for my HIM soon........

I am planning on totally peachy month #5. There should be 1 square of green in honor of my FAVORITE holiday- St Patrick's day. I am dong a 5K on the 21st I hope. I also will be cooking corned beef for 75 or so of my friends the weekend before that.  St Pat's is big for me.

Checking in after a few days - again.  Congrats Darren on the new arrival.  When do we get to see a picture and get an updated report on Mom and Daughter?

I wear no jewelry of any kind while working out.  I don't want to risk damaging or losing anything.

I missed my Crossfit workout yesterday and so this morning I ran to Crossfit (5.5 miles) and then did the workout.  Chuck then picked me up and we had breakfast and it was all good.

Tomorrow morning I am getting in my first ocean swim since the La Triathlon last September.   I have a wetsuit that I wore a couple times some years ago, but found that it was more trouble than it was worth.  Tomorrow will be cold enough that I am definitely wearing it.  Now I just have to hope that it still fits me (with the recent weight loss it should) and that I remember how to put it on.  I also plan to bike along Pacific Coast Highway after the swim.

Have a good weekend everyone.

Strong work on running to Crossfit! Sounds like you will have a great weekend.

I'll leave the glitter to aquagirl but i couldn't resist the shamrocks! i've been so excited about changing the calendars this morning!  I hope March brings the luck of the Irish my way- you'd think it'd be easy, my roomie is mostly Irish and my boy is 100%!

I'll be doing the Southie 5k on the 15th before the parade rolls thru town and the drunks come out of the woodwork! And I plan to have a 'green square free month' too now that i have my new trainer!!

Like I said things are going well.  Brielle is sleeping quite a bit so we are too.  However, I think I am going to conserve my energy for a bit.

BOSTON, BABY!!!!

I'm excited beyond words....so I'll try to come down off of my high, and overcome the pain in every tendon, muscle, ligament and joint that I own (that just MAY overcome childbirth x 3)  to let y'all know that I BEAT 4 hours!!!  (which does beat my children's appearance times!)  4:00.00 is the cut for old ladies, and I did 3:59:45.  Wind, Rain, Cold....and hopefully a picture may come out!!  My garmin bailed at the start, so until I actually stopped at mile 5 and waited for it to come on, I was running blind.

I'll write more tomorrow, but it looks like I was 16/104 in my age group!  Hubby did it in 3:35, which unfortunately isn't his Boston cut at 3:30, BUT does beat his Ironman split of 4:15 and we probably aren't going anyway.  It's just the thrill, and he is being a trooper on my behalf ....including the 2 hour drive home with a stop at a winery!

Wow..I gotta say you are fast

Can't wait to hear more about it and see some photos!!!

You are in my AG and I just looked up Boston qualifying time today just to see and thought I'm no where near that time.

Can you use the time to come to Boston next year?
