My grandmother passed away at 5:00am this morning. I'm going to miss her. I want to take a mulligan for 2011, but I'm afraid there is no "do overs".

You deserve the do-over; I'd throw a flag for piling on after the 2011 you've had.

Weird: odd numbered years have almost always been good for me. 2009 and 2011 have basically sucked.

So, I've been thinking a lot since last week and I am trying to figure out what I am truly greatful for (outside of basic easy answer of family and friends).  Any thoughts, remember outside of family and friends?

I have a job I like and I love the area that I live in.

So, I've been thinking a lot since last week and I am trying to figure out what I am truly greatful for (outside of basic easy answer of family and friends).  For me I think that it is training; you get to continually push yourself to a breaking point and sometimes get through it.  That challange, I think, is what I am greatful for.

Any thoughts, remember outside of family and friends?

That I can still be active and I like my job!

Good night, TAN.  I'm slightly buzzed after 4-1/2 Beam and Cokes.

And have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

4 and I would be on the floor.  I can't drink bourbon with carbonated beverages.  I'll take my bourbon neat please.

I didn't get to bed until just after midnight, didn't sleep much, and then was up around 5:30 to get the Black Friday sales paper.  I felt a little woozy.  I haven't had a buzz for eons.  What a weird feeling.  I think 2Goggs call this "normal" for him.

Yes, I can't remember the last time I had four bourbons.  I would seriously be on the floor.  Usually one or two and i have to end it.  Of course those are 6 ounce glasses.

This is the smartest post ever in TAN. Well at least for No. 154.

I actually have mine with ice. Because I like my whiskey like I like my women -- strong and cold.

Why do people feel that it's ok to take something out of the fridge at work that's not theirs?

I seriously don't get this...my mom said that people at her office do this, and it just baffles me. Why would you want to eat someone's half eaten food? What the heck? That's just gross, and I'm not a germaphobe, but really?

Hahahaha!  Oh that really did make me laff out loud...

That's okay, I work with a bunch of lawyers - apparently they're no better at upholding the law.
