I got a solicitation phone call for the wrong person, but the lady wanted to try to sell me anyway (strange? maybe not?) - it was for going back to college. I said no, sorry not interested. She said is there anything stopping you or holding you back? I said I already have two degrees.

CLICK! She hung up on me!

Your mom goes to college.

I had to mute out of a teleconference this morning. Dickkopf proteins? Really?

Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 6 (LRP6) is a co-receptor for WNT signalling that can be inhibited by the binding of Dickkopf (DKK) proteins. By solving the crystal structure of portions of the LRP6 ectodomain, in the presence or absence of the DKK1 carboxy-terminal region (DKK1-C), three studies provide insight into the conformation of LRP6 and the DKK1-mediated inhibition of WNT signalling

Exactly.  Well, licking their ankles raw in my case.  They just get underfoot and didn't want them getting in the way.  I had to rotate them around to different rooms or outside as they would start to scratch at the doors frustrated they can't play with the new house guests.  I have a lot of "ruined" doors...

yeah, i can't just lock them in the bedroom or their crates because they start howling/crying.  it's so pathetic.  i have to sit with them and entertain them so they don't remember there are new friends in the house.  effing spoiled dogs.

Ok first of my many stupid questions of the day.  why does everyone text tony or do I need to go to the Urban dictionary?

To quote Kido....there is no such thing as a stupid question, only stupid people asking questions. Texting Tony = #2

Oh you mean inquisitive idiots.  I manage to be one of them now and then.

It is amazing how many of those have PhDs...

Kate don't tease me, I just learned about a program that could actually make that process a lot less intimidating.

I never thought the process was intimidating except to the wallet.
