I just looked at the hourly weather and it looks like the rain is to start around noon. Looking at the weather map I don't know if it will hold off for that long.

It rained everywhere I was all day. I hope it isn't a crappy drive tomorrow.

I am packing up and heading to Indiana for my mountain bike clinic tomorrow. I'lll be home on Monday and check back in on Tuesday. I am not going to take my computer, so I may have difficulties checking in here.

We had the picnic. We had some light rain on and off, and it was a bit cool, but the kids had fun. I didn't do the waterslide. It wasn't the same as when it was at the community center, and it was kind of out of the way.

I'm glad it didn't rain too much on the kiddos. It has been raining since about 2:30, and should rain most of the next 2 days.

It's the first day of summer vacation!!! I only have to work 4 hours today, but I doubt we'll get to do much as it is supposed to rain hard most of the day. I think we're just going to hang out and relax today, we've been running around crazy and I think everyone could use a break.

Um this was in reply to Robins trip to Mountain Bike Camp.  I hit reply and not quote.  Duh!

Wow!  A lot of people forget to think about the sugar in carbs.  Hope that they can quickly get it under control and that he lives a long active life.

I have a cold, my throat hurts, my head hurts, I didn't sleep well last night, and I feel like crud. I worked 4.5 hours yesterday, so I may call it a day a bit early today.

Good morning Ghoulies!  Another wet and rainy day for Georgia.  But I'm at work, so I am okay with that. 

Summer has gotten off with a bang here.  210 attendees at the kick off program last Friday.  Usually my branch will have a bit over a 100.  We have quite a few programs this week, so it will be a busy week. 

I joined the June challenge forum and I've done nothing so far.  Need to get moving. 

Ann-upgraded version of crud is better than crud, but still not really OK! I hope you're feeling better STAT! 

Robin--pedal pedal pedal! I bet you had a fantastic time at your clinic. 

Kendra--Mwah! Don't forget to breathe this week, busy lady!

Dee--Sorry about the hubby's health problems, but I'm glad they have a diagnosis for him. Diabetes is generally a very manageable health condition, especially if you can arm yourself with lots of knowledge and a great diabetes educator and nutritionist. Hang in there!

Melissa--just in case you check in when you get to where you're going...HI!

I took today off sick. My throat is raw, I can't talk, and can barely swallow. Still have a bit of a sinus headache. I think the crud has moved to my chest, too, as I have picked up a cough now. Could be worse half of my husband's family has something like the flu.

I am sore. bruieses and muscles that HURT! It is all good. I didn't break anything and learned a lot and had a great time with felllow BTers.

Dee- Sorry about your hubbie. Glad it is type 2 only! Feel free to share your nutrition education with us as you learn it! Good for all to know.
