Which explains why my blog has no pretty colors, pictures or anything remotely aesthetically pleasing...I got tired of the new BT features eating the puppy pictures in my blog. I've given in, and turned on Rich Text editing. Bleh. I don't like this.....
I don't like Rich Text editing.... I prefer adding my own codes. I'll be happy when they fix this.... Codes? Rich text? I dont understand this conversation....  Umm I dont know what I use... but I know how to do colours... Not so much recovered... Im still sleeping crappy but I get a few hours last night so Im hoping its a sign things are going to imrpove..

If you type "< font color = " #000000 " > Then you use html tags. If you just click the little "A" at top, and change the color, then you use the Rich text editor. I did not get to see Paris Roubaix. I am not pleased..... |

Training is a rarity and I am squeezing in seven hours of sleep every night. I have been lacking study time as well. I am spending so much time helping at my folks. Over the last 3 weeks I have spent nearly half of my nights at their place. I DO NOT drive when I am really tired...I have been a couple hours late to school a few times because of this. I will not drive unless I can keep my eyes open, focused and remain decently alert. |

I mentioned packing the transition bag a dozen times and the need to be sure I had bike shoes...run shoes...helmet...run hat....all the usual stuff. Coworker looks at me like I've said something really stupid and says "You have bike shoes AND run shoes?" Umm, yeah...I do so I explain to her the whole clipless pedal thing. Then go on to say that the road bike and the race bike have different pedal systems and I have a pair of shoes for each bike. She just looked at me like it was the dumbest thing she had ever head. It was pretty amusing to me.

You probably need to spend a week writing down everything you do and how long you spent on it to work out where you are loosing time and whether things are out of balance. Hang in there... maybe its time to take some of the pressure off yourself and focus on a couple of priorities? |
