(OR smart people that are just trying to be difficult for the hell of it.) I need to recognize stupidity or goaders sooner. I can't believe how DUMB on of my clients is. Doesn't understand some basic english, messes up words and can't speak well. BUT, he's a yeller, so I guess that makes up for it? That has been my week. Today topped it with a call from Ford with regards to us shipping 3 parts missing nuts on them.
Simple part that we build that gets one frigging nut welded on it. Just one. That is all we do with this part. Now I am going to Ford on Monday in Oakville to get screamed and yelled at.
Best part is I have automation in place to check for the Nut before someone packs it. Meaning they went around the system.. and thanks to the Union we can't even write the guy up. |
