Frost comes in a can, right? Even I can do that. I'm actually a decent cook. Just not a very good baker.

Yeah, but I could send you good homemade frosting. Though sometimes, I just used the canned stuff, cuz it's tasty.

No, the guy that comes to do the preventative maintenance pulled something out of the drain.  From waaaaaay back in the drain.  Think equal parts agar, water, and just general gunk.  Yeah.  It still smells!! 

You have no idea. 

Like I said, I've been in a lab setting for over 14 years and that is easily in the top 5 of worst smells I can remember. 

Worst was a batch of 24 bottles of rancid soybean oil from Chile.  They told me I turned a different shade of green every time I opened a new bottle.  Never lost it, mind you, but mercy, that was baaaayaaaad!

Sounds like autoclaving the fruitfly growth media: agar, molasses, and other crap.  Most disgusting thing ever. 

They needed to find out exactly what it was that was causing it.  They had an idea, but weren't sure.  Soooooo we got to test them. 

Lipolytic bacteria.  Bacteria that breaks down fat/lipids.  And makes for the most gawd aweful smell in the world. 

Seriously, y'all are a bunch of weirdos. It even makes Goggs look less like a weirdo, since he's a journalist.

To be honest, though, I love me some engineers. They are HAWT.

I might have to take out Crowny to become head-evil-scientist.

I did!  It was hilarious!  We all watched it in the lab.
