Schedule should be back to normal this week. Made it through the week of family visitors last week and the weekend travel. Saturday was a -long- day. Left at 7am for the drive to the Grand Canyon, got back around 11:30pm. Then took them out for a round of golf yesterday.  Sent them off for the leg of their journey to Los Angeles in the late afternoon.

serendipity - 2009-06-08 9:53 AM I did a 4.5 mile run yesterday - my longest ever.  (Hmmm...could I possibly be ready to do an Olympic distance in September?  Maybe!)

I'm willing to bet by September you'll be more than ready

Knocked down 30 min run this morning at oh-dark-thirty...  If it weren't for this challenge, the little voice in my head would have talked me back to sleep...

Never listen to those little voice in your head, they usually have bad ideas

My voices are really good at disguising those bad ideas as good ideas.  Stoopid persuasive voices!

Taser him. Or her. Either way. A good tasering will liven up your day.

That is a very tempting thought.....

Well, in that case, maybe we should taser you? Do you prefer the light or dark colored camo?

I'm not sure.  I might have to try them both and decide afterward

It was a light weekend around here.  Those RR's could've been buried a lot deeper.  consider yourself lucky

The one thing I have learned since joining this group is that Dee has an "electrifying" personality!

Here's a quote from Julie (GPOL):
"You should change your BT user name to Eletrici-Dee. - GPOL"

I liked it so much that it's in my sig lines.

(Of course, my sig lines change as frequently as my avatar, so.....)

Not mine. My voices have GOOD ideas. Like, for instance, they tell me to eat an entire package of these:

OMG!  Those are my favorite!  They need to come in bigger packages, though.  They don't last long enough.

I went to the dentist on my lunch hour, so I didn't get to actually eat lunch until late.  I was starving. Frown

But after I ate we had cake for someone's birthday.  Not as good as Dee's cookies, but still good.

Well that might wake me up while I mindlessly plug numbers into a spreadsheet this afternoon.  And I'm sure it's much more low cal than the cookies
