I have some toublesome herinated trigger points in my traps that need adjustment periodically. I have also used it for various strains and some tendonitis. The quicker you get it done, the easier and less painful it is. It can hurt some depending on the location, and if any bands need to be stripped. The band stripping is the most painful, but it works. The weird thing is there is very little, if any, pain after the treatment. |
