Yes. I have some toublesome herinated trigger points in my traps that need adjustment periodically. I have also used it for various strains and some tendonitis. The quicker you get it done, the easier and less painful it is. It can hurt some depending on the location, and if any bands need to be stripped. The band stripping is the most painful, but it works. The weird thing is there is very little, if any, pain after the treatment.

I have a couple of spots on my foot that I can stretch out no matter what I do.  It hurts all the time.  Someone suggested this as a possibility.  Sounds like it might work.

No. Less jealous, actually. I'm going to D for the Cotton Bowl if Nebraska makes it this year. In fact I plan to go to any bowl the Huskers make, as long as it's after Jan. 1. Or a late Jan. 1 game.

Myofascial release is similar to ART but not exactly the same. Both are very valuable to staying healthy, though.

Jeebus dude you been gone a long time if you think there's something going on in here. It's the same ol' sh** but with fewer poeple, and with people like Meh who make the conversation even less intelligent than it already is.

That's a shame... used to be a lot of fun in here. Plenty of spirited crap talking the way it ought to be. I think the last time I stopped in CoJ every other thread was about Sharkie or FMB and often both.

BTW, Ryna says "tell him I said GFY".
