BUT, he's a yeller, so I guess that makes up for it? He makes things happen by brute force and being a tyrant rather than actually understanding the project. Not my choice in management style, though. In general, yes. Especially at the end of LONG weeks dealing with morons. Piling MORE morons on the pile? Unbearable. hahaha! I did. It was teed up though. That has been my week. Today topped it with a call from Ford with regards to us shipping 3 parts missing nuts on them.
Simple part that we build that gets one frigging nut welded on it. Just one. That is all we do with this part. Now I am going to Ford on Monday in Oakville to get screamed and yelled at.
Best part is I have automation in place to check for the Nut before someone packs it. Meaning they went around the system.. and thanks to the Union we can't even write the guy up. YAY unions! Well you know maybe someone walking by his cell with a cage around it didn't like him and sabotaged him so you can't prove it was him that packed the part.. FACEPALM |

But in general, by experience has been unfavorable. They hang up construction projects sometimes, and they SEEM to take a lot in fees but I'm not sure what you get for those fees. Maybe someone can tell me some favorable stories to help balance my experience. I know they were need a long time ago when there was less government regulation of salary, safety, etc. |

It is going to be difficult to know what all I have until I get to Atlanta on Friday morning. A lot of fancy restaurants in Sao Paulo have dress codes. The beach is very casual. It will be complicated. We fly out on Friday evening. I am not good at planning for clothes. I usually just throw everything I own in the car and figure it out later. I can't carry that much on a plane. This trip is going to be fun. We "talked" to the Grand Geezerette on FaceTime yesterday evening. She is very active and playful. SHE IS BUILDING STUFF with baby version Legos. Geezerette #1 said, "She is getting into the cool toys now." I gave G1 Legos every Christmas from about 7 years old to 30. Fun stuff. TW
