Now if only I had some of Dee's cookies for desert.... I went to the dentist on my lunch hour, so I didn't get to actually eat lunch until late. I was starving. But after I ate we had cake for someone's birthday. Not as good as Dee's cookies, but still good. *birthday cake toppage* Mmmmm, birthday cake. YUM! |

Now if only I had some of Dee's cookies for desert.... Cookies are gone. I still have a taser though. Did you want a tasering instead? Well that might wake me up while I mindlessly plug numbers into a spreadsheet this afternoon. And I'm sure it's much more low cal than the cookies It is! Especially when you try to run away. |

Expert 1117 Shalimar, FL | Subject: RE: Taser Running Hey everyone! I was out of town for the weekend, then thought I'd get caught up last night or today, but of course not! What's been happening? I see lots of food conversation on this page (but that's nothing new)... How did the races go? And how did our team do after the first week? Are we running or not? I could go search out all of this stuff myself, but I'm heading out for a bike ride right now... |

You can have cookies, cake, and donuts after you are done |

Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Taser Running ashort33 - 2009-06-08 5:23 PM So Dee, what is the range on one of those Tasers? Do you have to touch someone with them or do they fire little projectiles? From the TASER website: "Citizens [models] have a range of 15 feet maximum versus 35 feet maximum for law enforcement." "A TASER C2 is a personal safety device that is intended to stop threats up to 15 feet away. It works by launching out two probes from a disposable TASER cartridge. The probes deliver a scientifically designed electric signal that makes muscles lock up, therefore temporarily incapacitating an attacker for 30-seconds, so you can get out of harm’s way and call 911." "In the event that you miss your target with the projectile probes, the device can be used as a direct-contact electronic control device or stun gun." And for the Military, they've developed this: "The TASER Shockwave system minimizes risk as the system can be activated with the push of a button on the Control Box at a safe stand-off disttance of up to 100 meters."
