olliedawg - 2009-10-13 2:53 PM TAN Poll

I have been dragging the last few days, especially today, and have not done any training for a few weeks due to shin splints and achy feet.  I was planning on running today but again, I'm super tired.  I was able to score some tickets to an advanced screening of 'Where the Wild Things Are' for tonight, for my fiance and 2 friends, so I can't just go run and then crash for the rest of the night.

So, should I HTFU and do both or skip the run and take a nap?  I'll leave it to you TAN.

Although if recent postings are any indication, no one will read this until tomorrow morning.

HTFU  Just leave work early to get both in.  :P

Screw all of you.  I was looking forward to the nap.  But I'll go run... or maybe I'll curl up in someone's yard around mile 2 for a few winks.

Yeah, pretty jacked up. We had a *slight* breach of our roof defenses Sunday night. Nothing to worry about though.

Be glad you missed Flood Weekend '09.

It depends on where you go, for how long and with whom.

For example, if you were to go to Vegas for two weeks with a model (of your choosing) then it'd be cool.

I'd take that right now! It's 35 and rainy here. Though it's not raining right now, I should say, it did last night while I was running. I can handle running in the cold rain, but on the bike it gets a tad dicey. Don't want to end my race before it starts cuz of some stupid bike wreck on the ice.

Yup. Fiancée knew/went to HS with 3 of the 6 people who died in this county during that weekend, very sad.

Me too. But I only travel once or twice per year for work, so I'm sure it gets old if you have to do it every month.

She batches and moans, but won't call a brotha to hang out and have a beer. Travel fail.
