If you want all the details (and rambling) see my log - I won't bore you here. Sorry about that - it is the first time I have EVER done this...  Ok back to regular programming. Stacie I read your log - congratulations on the new longest distance! For the chafing, have you tried body glide? I get horrible blisters every time I run on my feet, even if it's only 3 or 4km, and this stuff has almost eliminated the problem (max run so far has been 7km and it's still good.) It's exciting to see your response to your new longest run because tomorrow I am running 9km for the first time! I will use your engergy to help fuel me tomorrow. Never tried body glide but probably need to get some. This is my first experience with chafing... Almost made it - I love my shorts (so light and comfortable) but they tend to ride up which is the downside. Will have to look into body glide - didn't even think about for blisters. I have one small one and that is it but my feet have forbid me from putting on cute shoes for today.  ) |
