Incredibly busy week at work...more responsibilities, but also more independence... On the trainer this morning, then out for a run in the snow... Snow? What's that? That white fluffy stuff rumoured to have been spotted high in the Sierra Nevadas. I am trying to get used to the idea that I may be on the trainer and dreadmill for the majority of the winter... I've got some kind of either a) weird left side injury requiring PT or b) med side-effect going on right now which is making running difficult, if not impossible - cycling is better but not much. Debating scheduling a sports massage at Massage Envy today - the GP and the bike fitter said my back and hip are tight and that PT would probably benefit me more than anything. I'm thinking of applying for a job that's in Raleigh. Mentioned in TAN-is it closer to the kids? |

Probably knit some more Christmas presents. I tore out the 5 inches of a wrap for me last night. I screwed it all up. Interestingly, tearing out knitting is referred to as "frogging". |

Last soccer game of the season for Elder Monkey this morning (far too early) and then the team party. Nothing like eating pizza at 10:30 in the morning, and I mean real pizza - NOT COJ pizza.  Now I'm hanging with Sugar Daddy and watching college football...I'm going to head out for a little run later on. It's all good. |
