Dee, I was wondering, about my goal versus my injury. Do I have to send your a PM with my new goal, or I just change it on the spreadsheet? I am trying to guess what I will be able to run for the rest of the month as of now.
What if you just go by the doctor's suggestion of 30 min/day 3x/week, and make an run estimate based on that?
You can just update the spreadsheet with whatever numbers makes sense....
But -- don't risk an injury for the challenge!
