It's been pouring rain for the past 2 hours.  Love that I'm curled up in bed relaxing and watching tv. Definitely how rainy days are best spent.

Not really... but I am planning to do 4 bikes and 3 runs per week, improve my nutrition, and *hopefully* lose some inches and weight.

What are everyone else's goals who plan to do the crushers challenge next month? We could base our theme decision on a common goal theme?

Still working on my goals... Runnings a big one 3x a week at least.  Biking 3x a week. Swimming I think I'm going to go with 14,000 yards but that all depends on whether I can join the Y in my hometown over Christmas break. Strength training 3x a week.

I resume swimming in January because there's one in the apartment I'm moving to. Right now we're not on speaking terms.

Swimming seems to be that way with people.  We just got back on semi good terms so I'm hoping we get along since i joined the swim challenge but I'm not doing 100 miles.  Goals for Dont be a fruitcake challenge: Run 30 miles, Bike 120 miles, 12 strength sessions, 2400 pushup/situps.

Maybe we could do a pushup challenge?

Are we doing the fruitcake challenge or our own thing?

Awesome PT didn't spend much time with me tonight to set December goals......meet up with a personal trainer tomorrow maybe he can help me set some.
You know, the big thing would be able to run a couple miles or more continuously. (instead of the jog walk thing)

I am in for the fruitcake, it would be cool to do our group again. I need to make up for this disaster of a month.

Little bit of both.  I threw out the idea of a themed challenge (run, bike, etc) everyone sets a goal for whatever we pick then everyone can have individual goals outside of that.

I pushed through the aches and pains and gross feeling to reach my push up/sit up goal for the month. I'm glad I was ahead of the game when I got sick and only had a days worth to do. So far we're looking pretty good as a team. Thanks for all your support crushers. I wouldn't have done it without you.
