Grrrr. To subsidize the people who get their t-shirts at Old Navy instead. All of the stuff at Gap, Banana, and Old Navy come out of the same factories. Yeah, but the bastards put the best looking stuff at Banana Republic and Gap. True. Old Navy is very hit or miss. Although, I really don't like anything at Banana lately either. Seriously? I was in Banana last weekend and I thought everything was cute. I am seriously holding myself back from going there and dropping like $300 (and of course, getting tons of stuff b/c I have tons of coupons). Nope. I haven't bought anything from Banana in about a year. I mostly shop at J Crew. Patagonia has a bunch of stuff I think is really cute right now, too. J Crew is okay, but they are more expensive than Banana and not as much of a selection. Plus, they don't seem to have good sales. J. Crew puts stuff on sale every week (check the website Thursday morning - that's when the new stuff goes on). If you time it right, you get an extra 25% off all sale stuff. Plus, I get a 10% discount for being a student there - all you have to do is show a student ID. And that stacks with the 25% off sale. I got hooked on J Crew when I worked there. A lot of the stuff (especially the suits) are worth the extra money over Banana. And it depends what store you shop at. For you, the Georgetown or Tyson's stores are going to have way more than any of the other stores.
