serendipity - 2009-06-09 10:14 AM I'm going to have to stay away from this thread if we don't stop talking about cookies and donuts.  I think I've put on 5 pounds since the beginning of June!

It's raining here again.  I'm glad I don't have a run scheduled today.

Raining here too.  Thunder and lightening too.  No swim for me if it doesn't stop soon.

We had the thunder and lightning earlier.  Now it's just damp and yucky.

The rain is going to start in here just about when I leave work.  As long as its lightning free I'll be out running in it.

serendipity - 2009-06-09 11:19 AM Lunchtime here.  I'm starving.  And I've already eaten all the good stuff (brownie!) out of my lunch.

Lunchtime here too.  Surprisingly I'm not all that hungry.  Perhaps my body has finally gotten used to the perpetual taper I've been in the last few weeks....

rlejeune - 2009-06-09 7:48 AM Dee, I was wondering, about my goal versus my injury. Do I have to send your a PM with my new goal, or I just change it on the spreadsheet? I am trying to guess what I will be able to run for the rest of the month as of now.

How did the ITB behave this morning?

It was ok, didn't really feel any pain but I think that my overall body was still a bit tired from Sunday's race.

Shocking!  I ate an early lunch and now I am hungry again.  I should eat an apple or something healthy but I think I'll go with a brownie cause Debbie mentioned them and I love brownies!

I had blackened tilipia tacos with habanero sauce -  SPICY!! but good.  The rice took the edge off the heat!

Ice Cream cures just about anything - especially with gooey, chocolately, fudge on top....
