Sensei Sin City | Subject: RE: NewTAN's Third Law of Motion I forget out BT works. Forgot the whole "quote" thing. Been responding like FB. I HAVE been playing with the idea of tri again. I was cleaning the garage and saw about 8k worth of tri gear and thought maybe I should dust it off.

Now is the time! Skin galore - some good, some, well could use a few less cheeseburgers. |

Put on one of my SUITs and the elastic was crispy like chip and my bike hangs upside in the ex's garage still. |

Put on one of my SUITs and the elastic was crispy like chip and my bike hangs upside in the ex's garage still. I just threw out about 3-4 pair of shorts where the elastic was crunchy and disintegrated. I would need diaper pins to hold them on. |

Yeah, I had to be brutal and throw out a lot of clothes I just didn't wear yet. I swapped out running shorts for longer basketball type shorts better suited for lifting and volleyball. The really tough decision is to get rid of all my race shirts (about 50). I won't wear most of them because I don't like them other than they are good for the memory. Need to upgrade and feel like no one gets anything but an IPhone these days. I've had such bad experiences with all my apple products that it has made me hesitant( even though 3 Ipods in 3 years was mostly my fault). Should I lose the grudge? |

I thought about going back to android. There are some slick products out there. But I'm sort of entrenched into apple now. So many apps that cross devices, shared photos, etc. I never really had an apple issue. It was my android that sort of started slowing down after too many apps and stuff. Just didn't know how to "clean" it anymore. Always running out of memory, etc.

Hi Lisa, I have a free day today at work and started thinking about getting back into some shape.......TAN seemed like a good place to start! Your trip looked fabulous? It waaaaaaaaaaaas I asked the question about Rosetta stone on BT a couple times and never really heard any definitive feedback. I finally pulled the trigger on French and got half way through it. It's pretty good. It's getting hard, so it slowed me down because I have to work at it a bit more. But I did get by in France last fall - had entire "basic" conversations in French. I'm tempted to buy Spanish. 1/3 of my office can speak it so I have an opportunity to practice it in real life every day. That would be helpful. I ALSO get hooked with the food and music and language of everywhere I visit! So far, I have about 12 languages I want to learn! Also doing a lot of Cajun cooking since the last big trip was NOLA for a week. |
