TheSchwamm - 2008-05-28 4:45 PM i wanna go home and smear aloe gel on my face until it's time to go swimming. Ugh. i just hurt.

That sucks... burns are the WORST. Then they get itchy sometimes....

i WISH i were sunburned. That would at least meant that i'd earned. This is a reaction to the freaking sunblock i was using to prevent sunburns... Isn't it ironic, don'tcha think?

You just had to reference Allannis, didn't cha?

Freakin' ridiculous. Poor Schwammie.

The ONLY sunblock that would truly protect and last through marathons and even the HIM, and didn't burn my face a whit or clog the pores ...

They discontinued!!! Moe Foes!

Spokes - 2008-05-28 3:58 PM Well, after running the most craptacular 5K I've ever done since resuming racing in 2006, I had a nice tempo run this morning of 5.1 miles @ 8:24 pace. If I can *make* that my half marathon pace that puts me right around 1:50.  Not impossible, either, I felt pretty good the whole run, its matter of building endurance at that pace with distance.

It can be done, Spokey.

there is something rather humorous in getting a 'burn' from sunblock....

tequila might work later -that might kill whatever is making my lower abdomen hurt. this sucks because I am hungry, but in pain!!!

Annnnnnnnnnd my eleven thousandth post was Alanis Morisette lyrics. Nice.

Better Allannis than Buck Owens and the Buckaroos.

Meh.

US lost to England 2-0.  Not that I expected them to win, but, looks like it was an fugly game.  Have to check the replay tonight.
