Tennis elbow arises from aggravation attributed to wrong form of some sort. If you're going to make it better and still hit, you'll need to really smooth out your strokes. It's the same way in tennis, usually caused by aggravation attributed to poor form.
Sometimes it only takes the movment to be a *little* off for it to get inflamed.
Try one of those armbands too, available at your local pro shop for sure, probably at any sporting goods store too. |
