Subject: RE: TAN 74... the day that TAN disapeared :DSharkie - 2009-05-07 12:17 PM OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was applying for a job this morning (via email) and had created a "draft". I still needed to modify my resume for the position, change up some of the language in my email (cover letter) and make a few points. I don't know WTF happened. The "draft" is now sitting in my sent items (time stamped 7:15am - I wasn't even AT the computer). That bad boy was still in a very ROUGH DRAFT form and no resume was attached. So do I go back with egg on my face aplogize and take another stab at the coverletter and attach my targeted resume this time? Or do I just chalk that one up to a FAILED appliction knowing I will never get a call for an interview. Resend with an explanation. If you are qualified, something like that won't be a deal breaker (at least not when I'm looking for someone ). Things like that happen. They may understand and even laugh at it. It's when you get crap and the person actually feels that it's a good resume. |
