Hi!

Hey Amy.....good to see you in TAN!

Thanks Cheri!! How are you?

Well, but sore.  As you can read I was rolling around on the gym floor last night!

Ohhhhh...that actually sounds fun!

I am pretty sore myself.  Had a great bootcamp class on Sunday.  Still walking kinda funny.

Have you been to the shoemaker?    (ask Tony)
We should visit a shoemaker if you ever visit Chicago again.

Hey why can't you take me to visit the shoemaker......we can have them shave down my heels so that I am only 3 inches taller then you.

I watched the first episode of the Bachelor last night ( I NEVER watch that show).  It gave me douche chills.  Everyone was acting so stupid, I was embarrassed...

Also, If I was the guy?  I would ask for a new batch of chicks (well, about 3-4 were nice).  The rest?  FAIL.

So, I've been trying to get a new bike frame since October when I destroyed mine with a 5 second lapse in situational awareness.  Neither Felt nor Specialized (the two brands that my LBS sells) have any replacement frames available from the 2009 or 2010 model year.  I have been riding spinning and other various indoor bikes since then.  Talk about suck, especially since I bought all this sweet winter cycling gear last fall to get ready for the cold early morning rides, and haven't been able to use any of it.

Is there a question in there somewhere, or is this just an FYI?

Too many.....not enough.......what will it take to make you happy?

Try this guy. I had a great purchase of my tri frame through him. Good communications, fair pricing and exchange rate. Shipping time and cost was no different than domestic.

Just an FYI.  My wife doesn't feel my pain when it comes to tri stuff, so I have to share here.  Thanks for crapping all over my attempt not to keep things bottled inside.

I'm trying to stick with my LBS, because they are offering me a sweet, sweet deal on the frame.  Just sucks that they can't get one from the manufacturer.
