Melatonin and starting a regular sleep schedule. Wind down before bed and don't go to bed with stuff on your mind. An hour of reading or mindless TV before turning in. Exercise well before bed time to let the endorphin buzz fade away. You've got some life changes to make missy or this is going to seriously catch up with you. I know, I know. So much stress right now. I have a committee meeting in two weeks to figure out if I can defend next April. We're submitting a manuscript today. There's just WAY too much on my mind right now and it all runs through my head as soon as I try to sleep. I've used melatonin in the past, so I think I'll pick some of that up again. As far as exercise, that's not even in the picture right now. It would probably help, though. I seem to sleep better when I am training regularly. |
