Hmmmm. this makes perfect sense - your workout will increase your metabolism for about 8 hours - if you go pre-work you get through the workday fine and start to crash after dinner, if you go after work, you are focused and awake all evening. overall, in terms of fat-burning/physioligical adaptations, there is no difference so do what you like.
Interesting. I'm not losing much weight recently, even though I've amped up my workouts a good bit. I thought it might be due to the time of day, but I guess not. I probably need to intensify a good bit more...
