I'm considering getting off the couch and heading to the expo for the Chicago tri in a few minutes, but it seems like a lot of work right now. 

Especially since Summer School is still on. 

Oh my goodness!!! Hello Gorgeous!  How are you?  I've missed seeing you in here

I love this city (though I may change my mind on that when winter happens - I'm not so good with the cold and the wind and the snow and such), summer in Chicago is tough to beat. 

How is this possible, you are Canadian, you all bleed snow don't you? 

I'm doing well, keeping busy, and trying to stay out of trouble.    I have missed seeing you around as well.

I have to get some work done now but you have a great day and a fun time at the expo!

Ha!  I'm from the West Coast of Canada - more rain than snow and a heck of a lot warmer than what those kooks in the East put up with every year.  Yeah... I'm gonna end up being like that kid in A Christmas Story who's so bundled up when he's going outside that he can't put his arms down.

Why stay out of trouble?  Isn't that the fun part of life?

Hey Teej,

I'm impressed you are up so early when you don't have a job/office to go to.  I sarted to slowly move to staying up late/sleeping in late.  But mostly to match the wife's scheduel I guess.

I guess for a funeral they need to be black but for jury duty you get to pick any color you like.

Have you ever tried the ones that are literally strings and just a tad bit of material in the front?  I find them more comfy than any other undergarmet. 

But be careful when they come out of the dryer they can get lost, end up in a shirt or the leg of your jeans, get caught in the lint trap, or be mistaken for a lint ball.  They are hard to keep track of. 

That's imprssive!

Well, no kettleballs or anything, but I did swim AND run yesterday and it felt pretty good.

I still have a glimer of hope I won't be a complete wreck at IMAZ.  I want to get 3-4 hours on the bike sat and 9-10 miles of running on sunday.  If that doesn't kill me, I may have a change.
