So stuffed we cooked breakfast at work today and I ate pancakes, bacon, homefries, bacon, pemeal bacon and then a side of bacon. Then One sausage and some bacon.

 

that was at 7:30 and I am still full and I don't know why.

 

I think for lunch I might have some Bacon.

The gym I do my weekday lunchtime swimming at lost its lease and is closing, so today is my last weekday swim for a while unless I get up stupid early to do it so that I can drive to a different location before work.

how late do you workout?  i have trouble sleeping right after a workout because i'm all amped up on endorphins and crack.  i mean, just endorphins.

Then it shouldn't be interfering with your sleep.  I would look at other possible causes like late workouts or that is just how life goes sometimes.

Don't drink it that late even for a workout and go into the workout feeling a little tired, then push yourself (if needed) to make sure it's a good workout.  Drink water instead, and you'll probably be able to hit the rack a lot better that night.

Tony I sound like a broken record but I always advise people to look at the quality of their mattress. 99% of my sleep problems disappeared when I upgraded/bought a new one. 

I still have to take melatonin a few nights a month - that helps me too. And/or a glass of wine. Or three.

Well I am usually done by about 7 or 8, at the latest. Then I go home and cook dinner and we eat and watch some TV and such and then go to bed about 11 or 12.

Yeah our mattress sucks. When we get a bigger place we're going to get a bigger bed and mattress for sure. For now, though, we're stuck with the crappy little double we have.
