torn gastrocs has me limited. hope to be able to bike on the trainer soon and start aqua jogging cause I am not that crazy about swimming!!

It sounds painful! I don't even know what gastrocs are! I hope you have a nice speedy recovery!

Gastrocs= that big muscle in the back of your calf....otherwise known as gastrocnemius. From what my PT said yesterday....I have almost no flexion in my ankles. SO what that means is when other prople complain of something being a real QUAD burner, I am fussing about my calf muscles!!

Nice bike ride for errands and some hills on the way home! And also a 2+ mile run (not much of a +) for 7:51 miles! Yay! First time sub 8 minute miles in a few months!

7 mile trail run with running buddy! Would have been longer, but we took a different way back to avoid the guy who was ranting and cursing about authority figures and then started following us...
