Subject: RE: Boston MarathonI went to the expo on Friday - No big deal and you can get your number and t-shirt and not even go in to the chaos. If you decide to go in you can eat your body weight in gu/powerbar/recovery drink/ organic food.
I've had bad blisters before and my recommendation would be to let them air out after you cut the skin off and whenever you do your last little warmup run see if the pain of the blister causes you to change your gate or stride or footstrike. If it does lube it up! I do most of my short tris without socks so I blister bad sometimes and vaseline really does trick.
