Well, the run didn't happen.  The weather turned pretty, but a long lunch and then the grocery store meant no time to run in the daylight.  I WILL get it in this week even if I have to use the treadmill after dark, though I will try one more time tomorrow for an outside run.

Well, 81 miles run so far this month.  I raised my run goal to 110 and updated things on the spreadsheet that magically opened today.  Sorry for not updating sooner, but I have been out of town for a week and had lotsa work stuff to catch up on.  For my run today I did 3.17 ish miles at a 7:35 mpm pace.....smokin... for me.  I wouldn't say my fitness is back yet, but it is getting a little better.  Longer runs are still slowww. 

For tomorrow, 4x 1/2 mile repeats at 6:45-7:00 mpm pace .. ugg.

How are the crushers beating us when all they do is postSmile  Hopefully everyone starts feeling better and we can have a strong finish.  How is everyone doing.  Owl Girl is an animal.  Only a 12 days left and she is nearly done with all of her goals.  Good job.

Today's workout, short but brural:

Half Mile repeats:
Pace, Heart Rate (LT 175)
6:52, 171
6:56, 175
7:04, 175
7:11, 175

maxed HR at 182 or so.  That makes 6 miles for the day and 87/110 miles for the month.  My wife flooded the pool room so not sure about swims at the moment.  I hope that it is only the pumps that are nonfuctional atm... sigh.  So I did strength workout on the shoulders lastnight.  Yay I am maxing out benchpress at 30 pounds... sigh.  And  I mean sets of 10 and having to push it to get that 10th one up.  I hope this shoulder improves some day, 10 weeks or so out from the crash now.

What's on your weekend workout to-do list?

I will be riding my bike on Saturday in the rain and running on Sunday in the rain.  I might go for a swim tonight.

Got that rainy bike ride done!  I'm am well over my cycling goal for the month.  I'm not going to increase my goal, though.  I'm happy with how the month progressed cycling-wise.  Rainy run on tap for tomorrow!

I sliced my finger yesterday so will probably just stick to running.  Not sure how to strength train with one handFrown  I can do core though so hope to get 3 of the 4 goals done.

Well 5 mile and 10 mile runs done .. in the snow brrr and snowing again today and 26F with a strong wind.  However that puts me at 102/110 miles for the month. Hrm treadmill or go out in the white slippery stuff.  I got in a swim and was actually able to swim freestyle slowly... I may have posted that above I forget.  The bike lastnight... oh my even on the horns hurt my shoulder and then in aero, wow who needs a stiff drink.  I was able to settle into a 12 mile ride on the drainer, mostly in aero but wow.  Sigh 12 miles.. makes me want to cry.  Oh well.  I have lost the 5 pounds and am at my goal for the  month, but am at home all week.. and Thanksgiving dinner 8(... not a good month for a weight loss goal.  Oh well, boards have been quiet and I have been buisy, so I guess I will see which of my pair of shoes are dry atm.

I got another run done today.  I'm only 5 miles away from meeting my goal.  I'll end up going over my running goal.  Oh well.  I'm happy with the month.
