Sprint_DA - 2008-08-17 10:33 PM I wonder what it's like to be MOP at the Olympics and pretty much know that you have very little chance of catching up to the leaders.
There is no shame to lose against the best, in particular when you made it to the Olympics and you are part of the elite
Bripod - 2008-08-17 11:35 PM BTW-Incredible showing by the Jamaican women just now in the 100m finals - along with winning, it appears that they've tied for silver.
The Jamaican woman who won truly showed the spirit of the Olympics. Her exuberance is what it's all about.
wurkit_gurl - 2008-08-18 1:35 PM Do they just run around the blue thing a few times, I guess? That sucks.
I think the commetator said it was 4... not sure...
HOly crap that's boring - and hot - no shade! And the earlier post about how one of the girls said biking on that was like biking on sand? IMagine running on it...
Snowsill is my height and weighs about what my goal weight is (eta: actually she's a bit under what I can probably get to now without gettg too thin - I used to weigh 105 but that was before muscles). Maybe that's how I can get fast
kaqphin - 2008-08-17 10:37 PM Bennet is picking up! Maybe she still has a bit in the legs...
snowsill has a 30+ sec lead, unless she blows up I think she is going to win. Vanessa is not looking her normalself, she usually goes at the front right off T2
I think Bennett is trying to play mind games with Fernandes - nevermind, Fernandes back in front. Wow and really charging! About a 10m lead on that last shot!
