Im 'blessed' with tight calves and everytime Ive been injured theyve been a factor.... so just keep stretching... everytime you get off your bottom!

BTW the Giants practiced at their training ground when they played the Dolphins at Wembley.

I won't say anything about the England cricket team because even Cat knows that they are going to whoop the Kiwis this week. Don't think the game will last a full five days. Ain't that right Cat?

Rest day today, may do some hillwork tomorrow. Some nice rides so far but you've lost me on the food stuff. Vegemite, thought that was an Ozzie thing.

So, how did a bloke from the UK become a Yankees and Giants fan? I saw this about you and requested to be on the same team with you as they are also my favorite teams.

I like beer like Homer does....but sorry that looks and sounds not so yummy....maybe you need to send some vegemite with the flumps! when you mail them! I am sure that I can find something that will peak your interests that we eat and you do not!....hmmmmmmmm!?

I did...but so did Nicole and I do not want to step an anyones toes....especially a teammates! then how the heck would she ride all those miles she has signed up for.....

Peeeeeps!!!   No bike ride this weekend at all for me.  I do plan on making it up.  

I spent most of the evening catching up on penpal letters and watching Billy Connolly's World Tour of Scotland. Oh it's excited me even more for my trip home looking at all the beautiful Scottish scenery and hearing all those lovely accents.  Ahhhhhhh.  Canny beat it!
