March is supposed to be in the 40s but we've barely been hitting the mid-30s and when we do it rains. I pounded out 20 miles today although I doubt it ever got as warm as it was supposed to be. I am flying to Vancouver tomorrow and as long as the stationary bike in the hotel fitness center is working I should be able to get near 100%. I might not be able to log it until late Sunday night so there may be some suspense. |

I'll hop on the trainer for 30 minutes tonight and another 30 minutes tomorrow morning before my volleyball tournament to warm up the legs a bit No problem getting 3 hours in on Sunday and Monday. I'm just hoping my legs won't be TOO sore from the tournament tomorrow since I didn't get a chance to play at all this week. My legs are probably going to freak out after jumping up and down all day. Nothing a little spinning on the trainer won't fix! |
