kiwikowgirl - 2008-04-04 2:36 PM I've got a decent swim planned for Monday, but I'm working all this weekend :-( My borther is an avid gardener, so we threw a pumpkin into the water trough yesterday just to make sure that they float!! ( I though it might be a bad omen if they didn't ;-)) rest assured that pumpkins do as well on water as they do on land
lol - I think we need a picture of that!

Just wanted to let you know that you may float...but don't stay in long...because this may happen...

 DOH!

MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

have a good day and stay dry!

Hey team!  I had my April race this morning, which is the 5K I've been gearing up for all year.  Went well and now I'm gonna get back to for real tri training this week.  Looks like everyone is kicking butt though!

Going swimming now.. finally! Man I love days off :-)

Nice job Pumpkins in 3rd place and sure to move up fast.

I will apologize up front for not realizing that I had to log everything by Sunday night. I went for a ride on Sunday and did not log it till this morning. Got busy with family stuff and just forgot. Oh well I suppose it pushes us on for next week. ;-)

Well I am little behind at the moment but I should be bumping up my numbers nicely today with a swim later this morning and a decent long run tonight.

Let's keep pushing folks. The Lava aren't that much ahead of us and we all now how slowly lava moves......we should be able to roll right by them by next week....eh?

THE PUMPKINS SHALL PERSIST !

wow, what's it like running in snow like that? I have a hard enough time getting outdoors in a light drizzle (or if it comes to that... a light breeze!) Good one! You have inspired me to get on my bike when I get home.

It may be dark, but at least it isn't snowing! (hey, that could be my mantra for the next few weeks ;-))

Hi everyone
I'm having some life and work issues converging right now - i'll be out of touch this week. If it looks like I can't recover the training for the challenge I'll PM Jen and remove myself, but hopefully I'll be back 100% next week.

Here in Colorado it goes from spring to winter in about 5 mins. and back again. Yesterday it was warm and sunny in the morning, it snowed at lunch with only 10ft. visibility (we couldn't see the parking lot from my office) and it was sunny again and all melted when I left work. Just a typical Colorado spring time!
