While my current peach was gained thru 2 short minutes, I am totally stoked to say that it was a hard earned 2 minutes ~ I did my push up assessment test (for my 100 push up challenge) and managed to knock out 50!  I'm actually 1/2 way there!!   I will be going to the gym tonight for an even peachier lifting session and possibly a spin class!

Wow - 50 on your assessment? That's awesome! I want to do this, but I am doing another program right now and my arms are too tired. Once this program is done, it's on to the 100 pushups I'll be lucky if I can do 15 on my first try.

Sorry, I didn't mean to mislead you...this was my assessment test to move on to the next week and not my first test.  On my initial assessment, I could only do 7.  I hope to see you in the challenge ~ it's totally worth it!!

I might have changed someone's total to 5 on the spreadsheet.   I swear I changed mine to 5 and then when I went and looked, it still said 4.  So, I don't know whether I hallucinated changing a 4 to a 5 or if I changed someone else's total.  If I did, I am sorry.  I think Bondgirl is the only other one at 5 right this minute, so if I did, I probably did it to her.

But the good news is that I am at 5 - I have worked out every day this month so far and the other good news (for me, anyway) is that I worked out every MORNING.  That is just a big plus in my book.  If I work out in the morning, I feel good all day, plus I don't have to worry about how or when or if I will get it done in the evening.

Have a good day everyone.

I think my only chance for peach today will be volleyball; 2 matches tonight.  Better than nada.  Better not off my knee because I REALLY want to start running again!!

No, it wasn't me. I'm in Australia so I'm always one ahead-if I earn my peach that is! So far I've managed to be pretty consistent with these addictive fruits.

Today is my rest day and we are putting up our Christmas tree. We usually do it a bit earlier but my hubby had 2 screws put in his ankle last week and coming downstairs was just too hard.

Does tree decorating count for a peach or do I have to do some stretching and core work?

I did the core and stretching, so that puts me at six peach squares for December. Now to get on to that tree.

Got today's peach with my usual morning run, but I did run it at 4pm. I had a party yesterday and lets just say that the alarm didn't make a new friend at 5h30 this morning

Peach day # 5 for me. Got some strength training in but couldn't swim because the schedule changed and the swim team was in there. Grrrr! I decided to keep track of my peach streak-since I started the challenge last month. Up to day #38

I had a rough day (I'm really, really tired of 7th graders today) and I don't wanna workout. So, I did a few crunches and pushups. Instead of peach, it turned a pinkish color. What does that mean? Does it count?

I believe Abbie told me it counts when I did the same thing...the thing is to get up and move...do something every day...it does not have to be tri related

There are two peachy colors- one seems to be if you do a S/B/R workout and the other color is for everything else.  It all is peachy though!
