Hooray for rescheduling!

And for the record, it wasn't TMI for me.  When you work in a unit staffed by 150 people, and only 3 of them are dudes, TMI sort of becomes non-existant pretty quickly.

I think some of you saw this on my FB, but I felt the need to repeat...

This is from my night last wednesday:

Phrases that do not belong in the same conversation:
1) Let's have lunch sometime
2) I will be busy next week because I have a colonoscopy scheduled to check out the polyps in my butt
3) Here is my phone number
4) Did I mention my net worth?... Read More
5) I'm old...
6) Even though I asked you out 3 years ago, I'm still waiting for you to call me.
7)( I have no shame.)

All of which were just mentioned to me in a conversation between me and my neighbor. Excuse me while I go throw up now... Someone has serious verbal diarhea and it ain't me, folks.

That's not why I don't have mine. There's something wrong with my girly bizness.

Ewwwwwww...  I would avoid said neighbor in the future..  He sounds like a gross creepy old guy to me.

The weirdest part is... he isn't that old!!! Still in his 30s? This sounds like something that would come from a dude who was 60+ and he is nowhere near it!

I haven't looked at your training logs.. But are you sure it isn't all the workouts..  A LOT of girls I worked out and trained with had absent periods due to physical exertion..  Pfffttt  I was never so lucky, I will have a period ever 19-23 days come hell or high water..

I don't have one either, but by choice. Active pills only. Sooooooo nice.

No, they know why it's screwed up. I have a cyst on my ovary. I'm not too skinny (still at 20% body fat), I've been skinnier with no issues, when I was running hard-core last summer to train for the mary, I didn't have any problems, and the reason why I had to go on the Pill was because my last flow lasted a MONTH, presumably because of the cyst. I am just waiting for it to show up again now that I'm on the Pill.

If it were simply because I exercised a lot, I'd be all right with that. This is scarier.

Got back to work and the stupid program I needed the other computer for doesn't even work!  My head is going to explode by the end of today if things don't go better.

Speaking of babies, I was having total lapses in sanity yesterday and actually wishing I had a baby girl.  I have two awesome sons and NO desire for more children now (which works out quite well since I'm no longer married), especially anything in baby-form, but for some weird reason yesterday I was being all mushy and girly about having a daughter someday.

Probably a bad combination of the adorable baby girl I saw at church, Mother's Day, and reading Breaking Dawn.

Ya'll are crazy with the kiddos.
Perhaps I was not born with the 'motherly' gene.

I want babies - just not today. And preferably not more than two of them.

i used to want to have kids real bad but i'm starting to think a puppy is enough...i totally have the mother gene but i just can't get all ooshy gooshy about kids or babies or talking about them.  love kids.  good thing i have lots of nieces and a nephew.

I have always been firmly in the "none or one" camp as far as having children goes.  Mrs Chad, on the other hand said she always wanted 2 or 3.

So does it make me a bad person for hoping that she had a miserable pregnancy and labor so she wouldn't ever want to do it again?  For the record, it all was pretty easy for her.  Well, except maybe a total of 35 minutes during the actual labor while drugs were wearing off and such.
