I had to be creative with my workout since they don't have the equipment I'm used to. It was a good thing though. I can feel the difference. I should remember to change things up a little more.

One hour triple-h run - hot, humid and hilly...  83 degrees, 75% humidity, several hundred feet in elevation change on the run around MIL's neighborhood = difficult workout!

I will take 83 degrees!  It was 95 degrees when I ran today!!  Way too warm, but I got it done split between outside and the treadmill.

Week 1 Challenge Update!

Team Bill -- Well, I guess that Bill will have to update us on his status.
BUT -- if you haven't checked out his blog, there's a really cool GPS tracker on it. Want to be awed at the mileage being racked up? Click here:
http://share.findmespot.com/shared/faces/viewspots.jsp?glId=0FyaKmo...

Team 3 - 11.6%
Team 2 - 10.4%

The month is now 20% over. So get out there and run/bike/swim/whatever!

- Dee

Are we still under the general rule that a session is 20-30 minutes?

If that's the case, one couldn't count the swim of a sprint leg as a swim session, right?

I *think* this is a 'chose your own adventure' challenge... so you decide what counts and what doesnt!

Yep - my personal rules - runs have to be over a mile - even then anything under 2.5 has to be a part of a brick, swims have to be more than drills only, and bike has to be at least 30min..

Nah. This is a free-for-all challenge. The only rule is that YOU decide the rules, and then follow what you've decided.

I'll drop in and fix it...if somebody hasn't already.

It will cost you.  I'll let the team decide what that should be.
