How's this for motivation, if I go for a swim or bike tonight, will you change your avatar back?

The bike goal was slain today.  Run is going down tomorrow...in my new Gel Kayano's.  Woo.  Swim dies on Monday. 

I see a bunch of TY members knocked out some run miles today.  Congrats to all you racers!!!

Quick update for Jean.  Crazy busy at work!  Have a great day Team Yuengling.  We are really rocking this challenge.

3 members at 100% completion of their goals!  Another 3 at 98% or better!  Way to go everyone.  Get those 100's!

You all have been working so hard on hitting your goals.  Congrats to those who have finished.  Those that are still working, dig deep, finish strong.  By all means..if you are hurt, heal up and get healthy soon.  Its gonna be tough for anyone to close the gap at this point with only 2 more days to go.  I'm very proud of this team.  You guys rock!

Am I the last one finished on the team?  LOL  I got in my last swim this morning.  I technically didn't wait until the last minute, because the pool is open until 8:00 tonight.... 

Many thanks to all of my teammates for inspiring and encouraging me to my very best training month, EVER! 

Joker, JOKER, JOKER!!!!  I'm all done, boys, girls, and trixies, as of 2:30 EST today.  Not that anyone was counting...nah.

Nice work this month, everyone.  Another STELLAR victory is OURS.  Heh.

I suppose that its because you're in a class by yourself....but you never quite know with the joker.

That pullup display at Marine-land kinda threw you into a new category.  The askeeeery category.   

And that's soooper woman.  Don't let me catch you fouling THAT up again.

Congrats Team Yuengling on the completion of another fine month.

The month is now 100% complete.  As a team, we have accomplished 92% of our goals.  Great job everyone!  Compared to last month, everyone's volume was increased!  All of our new members for August completed 100% of their goals!  Great bunch of athletes we got here. 

The final tally is attached.  I've added some appropriate coloring for our injured members since football season is starting up.   Wendi...you're just a machine.  Coming back and knocking out the swim, run, and core goals.  Tom...how you managed to work core and running after fighting with that pothole is beyond me....I'd still be licking my wounds.  Heal up Wendi and Tom. 

After 4 months of challeges, and the last two being tri challenges, I'm sitting out on any challenges in Sept and focusing on my last race and then starting to think off season.  Congrats to all.  Thanks for being such a great team!

Nice work, Yeunglings.  Another EXCEPTIONAL month in the books.  Thanks, Jeff, for captaining the past couple months - it's all about the leadership, right?

I think we've got the raw material for a dynasty here.  For me, though, the dynasty will have to take a month off - I'm gonna sit out September to focus on Chicago, then also get into the off-season routine.  But the second it's time to get back after it, count me in for some more Yeungling.
