MotoQueen 13195 | Subject: RE: 100 Days of Ghoulie power, Part II Okay, I'm back from having the grandkids visit. We had a very full 5 days. Saturday - they arrived in the morning after driving all night. Their parents went to sleep and hubby and I played with the kids. Then that afternoon we took our four plus two neighbor boys to "Monkey Joes" which is an inside bouncy place. Lots of noise, but the kids all had a great time. Sunday - We did the snow tubing at Snow Mountain. The little ones had a blast playing in the snow fort. The older boys really enjoyed the tubing on the big hill and the youngest would not stop tubing down the baby hill. Wore out the grandparents. Monday - We went to the circus! I had not been to the circus in about 24 years. It was a lot of fun, and our granddaugher (4), fell asleep and slept through most of it. She did get to see the elephants though. Tuesday - this was a quiet day. We went to a game store where we bought a bunch of new games, and then took the kids to play at the park. Wednesday - laundry, packing and play at the park before they headed off to south Georgia for the next grandma's house. I did 6 loads of laundry yesterday after they left and cleaned the house. It was sooooooo quiet. I miss them already. |

Then I would not cringe everytime I hear them wrestling and wonder what they are going to break. Seriously they are great kids, my house just is no longer kid proof.  |
