1 Foot The Other - 2007-05-01 11:24 AM I'd love to find a good guy to stalk. Can someone please direct me to the "Good Guy Getting Place"? SERIOUSLY? I hate to burst your bubble pumpkin but I was watching Oprah last Friday and (did I just say that out loud? Oh well, if it will help a fellow Princess I'll take the grief) ... anyway they had the 5 top cities for women to meet men (heterosexual single men). They had all kinds of data that they factored in ... education, careers, income, culture, divorce rates. ..... etc. And believe it or not San Fransisco, CA ranked number 5 (yes for heterosexual single men) and Raleigh, NC was THE NUMBER ONE CITY IN AMERICA TO MEET QUALITY, EDUCATED, ETC SINGLE MEN! Try your stalking at the farmers market .... when they are looking at food walk up and ask them if they like to eat or something like that .... I had already lost interest at that point ... my attention span for the TV, especially Oprah, is very low.
Good heavens, my ME-va Divine Inspiration ... I'm now in the depression zone. I'm afraid my tiara will surely tarnish. Apparently, they neglected to report the supernaturally high frog-to-prince ratio that accompanies such broad brush strokes as to paint this area to literally brimming with heterosexual single men. In the past year, I have interacted with a virtual plethora of deliciously evil specimens AND their wives and children. *sigh* Don't they have cool single heterosexual, non-froglike friends in search of an evil princess?
Oprah needs to turn in her tiara. I was AT the Farmer's Market over the weekend ... being my clever, witty self ... and I saw no such onslaught of the whole food male singles market ... unless it was the decidedly not so heterosexual male gushing over the sunripened strawberries. Alas, I need a new scepter ... one that will separate the wheat from the chaff, so to speak. Are they found at the tiara getting place? Please advise. |
