Tuesday - A Double stage day (although I admit both kind of short).  I still have 3 "regular" rides to fit in by the end of the Tour but this give me a day off the bike on Saturday.

75 miles

4 pounds lighter this month!  I know Why French Women Don't Get Fat.  They ride, baby...they ride.

I'm going for 100 miles.  Big ride Thursday. There is a very casual race this weekend called the Sandman.  1 mile OWS in the bay and 2 mi run on the beach.  So I'm going to try to get my miles in tomorrow and rest the legs a bit.  My next personal goal is got to be to learn how to run.  Run focus in August.  But I have to thank team CSC for that accountablity.  Ride on men and woman.

I've done it!

2 Prologues yesterday, a hilly stage at 5 am this morning and another Prologue a bit later.

21 rides in the bag. Kiss my face! (Do you know Alan Partridge in the US and Oz?)

Now The Chicken just has to sit on Contador's wheel all day and we'll have 2 Danes in Yellow. EEEEEAAAWWWWW!!!!!!

Although I should be cheering for Sastre, but he looks like Mr. Also Ran.

I actually wore my 'Doper's Special'  T-Mobile Yellow Jersey for the rides this morning. I think 90% of all Danish riders gotone of those, after Bjarne won the tour in 96. Shame he was off his on EPO.

Just finished #17 on the trainer (yesterday was a hammer fest outside).

But not really that thrilled right now ..... yet another rider (yellow jersey no less) yanked from the Tour.  F-cking brilliant ......

It's easy to be finished when you sandbag the stage amounts ........

CSC has the real men/women putting the smack down with all the people riding the full race!!

Well, finally had a "prologue" day ..... just long enough to hit the minimum on the trainer.  It is late, I'm tired and I have to get up to do a 70 miler tomorrow so didn't want to waste a lot of energy.

BUT ..... I'm at 19 complete now.

Your and animal Rick!!!   Enjoy the ride.

Finished up #20 tonight, got a little shortchanged by excessive moisture and electricity in the air.  Off day tomorrow (plan is to have a nice little hike) and finish up with a couple of hours on Sunday.

Hey Y'all, I just feeneesh'd on d Chomps Dee Leesay

Last ride in, kind of a low key ceremonial (recovery) ride.  21 stages in 23 day!!

Tale of the tape for Week 3

6 Stages - All Flat to Rolling.  103 miles  6 Hours 25 mintes  and about 2500 vertical

For the Tour

21 Stages (10 over an hour 11 under)  462 miles, 14000 vertical,  27 hours

This was my biggest riding month in several years

Thanks Kat for the inspiration!!!  Now to work some more swimming and running back into the regimen.

Done as well!  Easy trainer ride to finish off the Tour after a nice long ride yesterday (and a medium-long run today).  21/21 completed.

Doesn't match my peak of 700 miles I did last April, but I was also off two weeks during that time so could ride a lot more.

Congrats to everyone on a job well done!!
